I just came to know that self hynosis brought great results to many people.I would like to get rid of my problems. Please suggest me which are the best books for self hynosis ? listening to audio is better or reading books? I really appreciate you if could tell me which one does really works .I want to lead a pleasent life .
Kindly requesting suggestions from experienced people or hyno therapists.
