They say that hipnosis unlocks the only side of the brain we dont know about the subcontious, whilst in dreams it seems like a state of hipnosis without controll of what you see. i beleive hipnosis can help us get to know all our sides even the ones we dont know about yet, and just mauybe thats where the rest of the 80% of brain compasity has been locked or stored ,all we use is like 20% of our brain ,,,where did the rest go?

Sit in a comfortable chair. Turn all the lights out. Be wearing comfortable, loose clothing, or no clothing. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth slowly. Breath from the diaphram. Now imagine you are breathing in a blue vapor and slowly exhaling that same blue vapor over and over again. You do not have to tell yourself to relax. You just will. 3.feel ur breathe
4.inhale a long breathe
5.hold it in ur lungs for 5 se
6.exhale it slowly (as slow as u can)
7.repeat for 5 times
